Precision has performed comprehensive asbestos, mold and lead inspections, bulk sampling and testing, developed detailed abatement specifications and monitored numerous abatement projects to ensure compliance with applicable Federal, State and City rules and regulations, industry standards and guidelines in various locations throughout the NY Metropolitan and South East Regional areas. In addition, Precision has conducted various Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments throughout the Tri-State and South East Regional Areas.
