Litigation support is a logical extension of the environmental consulting services we provide to our clients. Our site characterization and remediation clients rely on Precision to assist with litigation. Our scientists and engineers develop compelling, strategically integrated arguments that help counsel with their cases.
In addition to our expert witness services, we provide counsel with technically effective litigation strategies, assist in building cases, and provide detailed remediation estimates for cost allocation.
For investigations resulting in expert testimony, Precision’s staff will review case histories and prepare a scientific study plans for the client. We work closely with the client’s legal counsel in preparing for a scientifically based defense.
To facilitate Precision’s participation in these matters we maintain up-to-date knowledge of environmental guidelines, regulations and statutes. We also closely monitor common law cases as they relate to environmental liability and impairment.
